I earned my BA, MA, Graduate Certificate in Conflict Resolution and Leadership, and doctorate from Drew University in Madison, New Jersey. While completing my graduate studies, I served as a teaching assistant at Drew and as an English instructor at Kean University in Union, New Jersey. I later relocated to Wenzhou-Kean University in Wenzhou, China, where I spent nearly a decade teaching and holding various program leadership roles before joining the UJ community.
In addition to my experience in China, I have lived, worked, and studied in India, Nepal, and Italy, and have traveled extensively throughout Europe and Asia. Outside of my professional life, I spend my time drawing, singing, playing the violin, practicing yoga, and participating in artistic communities.
